  "SPRING HAS SPRUNG!" Announcing...  Darcy Josephine Ralph
Born Saturday, March 31, 2001 @ 7:27p.m. 7lbs 7oz NEW! The Little Sister Page is now the Darcy Page! Some pics of her have been posted to the website, but I haven't had the chance to scan more recent ones. At least it will give you an idea of what she's like! It also has her ultrasound pics and pics of quilts she recently received from the Lallyquilters! The Little Sister PageNEW! Jack's online photo album is up and running! I hope to keep his pictures recent as time goes by, as he has many relatives overseas who miss him very much! Remember it IS an online photo album, so it is heavy on the graphics and pictures. I supposed that those who really want to see the latest pics of Jack won't mind the wait. (You can get the full low down in general on the Me, Myself, and I page, but this is just current chatter!) I suppose the biggest news is now that our baby daughter has arrived! Check it out on the Darcy Page! Some other news of this year... As of Feb. 1st, Jonathan has been working in his new promoted role as SENIOR Project Manager/Engineer doing his North Sea oily man thing. Jack has a mouthful of teeth, including molars, and can say a variety of things, and can tell you yes and no in no uncertain terms ("yes" by nodding, and "no" by saying "NOO" and shaking his head), and obeys all sorts of commands. He understands most things you tell him, but his conversation, although expressive, consists of sounds that only vaguely resemble real words and sentences. He's improving every day! He goes to bed at about 8:30pm and doesn't call to get out of his cot/crib until about 11 or 12 hours later. I know, I'm really spoiled!  What am I doing besides gestating? Well... I have been busy teaching myself crochet, to make the new baby a pretty pink hat. There are some very adorable crocheted flowers to put on top, but I can't seem to figure out the instructions! I think my MIL will have to help me out with those. I have also been very, very busy constructing 2 "bug jar" quilts for Corey and Calvin. They are still being constructed, but I hope to post a picture of them on here somewhere very soon! Jonathan and I are also both working on a tapestry/needlepoint pillow together, some nights he works on it, and some nights I do, and we're very happy to be working on a joint project that we can say we did together. It's a celtic knot with different gardeny/planty/buggy objects around the border. Obviously, I picked it out. I can't think of any more goings on, but if I do, I will just prattle on some more on this page. Watch this space!
